Recap: Port Chester Rams vs. Ossining Pride
The Port Chester Rams had to start their season on the road on Saturday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were beaten by Ossining 67-32. Port Chester was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-8.
Leading Ossining to victory were Kris Singh and Asher Cort. Singh scored 15 points along with 3 steals, while Cort scored 18 points. Gavin Thomas was another key contributor, scoring 9 points.
Port Chester's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Ossining, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Port Chester will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off.
