Football Game Preview: Pine Bluff Zebras vs. White Hall Bulldogs

Pine Bluff is a perfect 3-0 against White Hall since October of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Zebras are taking a road trip to square off against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Pine Bluff's offense might be in the hot seat on Thursday considering what happened against Robinson on Friday. They were beaten by the Senators 35-0. While losing is never fun, the Zebras can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas football rankings (they are ranked 81st, while the Senators are ranked ninth).

Meanwhile, White Hall played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Jacksonville, falling 49-8. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-0.

Pine Bluff's loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-7. As for White Hall, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.

Pine Bluff was able to grind out a solid victory over White Hall in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, winning 24-16. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Zebras since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
