Basketball Recap: Modoc Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

Portola came into Thursday's matchup looking for another win against Modoc, but Nash McCulley wouldn't allow it. The Braves secured a 67-62 W over the Tigers on Thursday thanks in part to McCulley, who dropped a double-double with 25 points and 15 boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in each of the last five games he's played.

Another player making a difference was Shawn Warren, who posted three points along with six rebounds and four steals. He is becoming a predictor of Modoc's success: when he posts at least three steals the team is 2-1 (and 2-5 when he doesn't).
