Basketball Game Preview: Pinewood Christian Patriots vs. St. Andrew's Lions

The Pinewood Christian Patriots just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the St. Andrew's Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

On Thursday, Pinewood Christian took their match with ease, bagging a 48-21 victory over David Emanuel Academy.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for St. Andrew's, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in December of 2024. Everything went their way against New Hampstead on Wednesday as St. Andrew's made off with a 35-13 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Lions as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Pinewood Christian now has a winning record of 7-6. As for St. Andrew's, their win bumped their record up to 4-7.

Pinewood Christian beat St. Andrew's 43-32 when the teams last played back in February of 2024. Will Pinewood Christian repeat their success, or does St. Andrew's have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
