Basketball Recap: Sinton Comes Up Short

Sinton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They were dealt an 85-40 loss at the hands of the Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees. The Pirates were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors & Cherokees apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Sinton's loss dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Tuloso-Midway, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Sinton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 60-38 defeat against Santa Gertrudis Academy on the 30th. As for Tuloso-Midway, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 74-69 loss against Tomball Memorial on the 30th.
