Baseball Recap: Hanks Comes Up Short

Hanks was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Canutillo Eagles. If the Knights were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Eagles when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hanks' defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Canutillo, their record is now 8-4-2.

Coming up, Hanks will take on Bel Air at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Hanks' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. Canutillo will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Clint at 6:30 p.m. on March 18th.
