Baseball Recap: LeFlore Comes Up Short

After flying high against Rain last Tuesday, LeFlore came back down to earth. The Rattlers came up short against the Williamson Lions on Tuesday, falling 15-8. The loss continues a trend for the Rattlers in their meetings with the Lions: they've now lost six in a row.

LeFlore's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Williamson, their victory ended a ten-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-14.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. LeFlore will venture away from home to face off against Elberta at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors will aim to continue their five-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last. As for Williamson, they are taking a road trip to square off against Davidson at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
