Dock Mennonite waltzed into their match on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They didn't even let the Valley Forge Military Academy Trojans on the board, marking their second-straight 16-0 shutout. The Pioneers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by ten runs or more this season.

Dock Mennonite got a massive performance out of Jackson Korne, who went 2-for-3 with four runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was James Steinmetz, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple.

Dock Mennonite always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .633. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Valley Forge Military Academy only posted an OBP of .250.

Dock Mennonite's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Valley Forge Military Academy, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
