Softball Recap: Gorham Fayette Eagles vs. Stryker Panthers

Sadly, Gorham Fayette is still looking for their first win of the season after eight matches. They suffered a rough 10-3 loss at the hands of the Stryker Panthers on Thursday. Gorham Fayette lost against Stryker in their previous head to head back in May of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 28-0 score last time.

Gorham Fayette saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Willow Mitchell, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Even though they lost, Gorham Fayette didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and finished the game with seven strikeouts. That's the most strikeouts they've managed all season.
