Basketball Game Preview: Pinewood Panthers vs. Harker Eagles

Pinewood and Harker are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The Pinewood Panthers will face off against the Harker Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pinewood will be strutting in after a win while Harker will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with seven defeats in a row, Pinewood turned things around against Drew on Saturday. They walked away with an 81-72 victory over the Dragons.

Meanwhile, Harker was beaten by Crystal Springs Uplands 76-47 on Thursday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Harker's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Pinewood, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-9.

Pinewood came up short against Harker when the teams last played back in January, falling 75-66. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Harker's Rohit Yalla, who almost dropped a double-double on 25 points and nine boards.
