Volleyball Recap: Lawrence North Falls Short of Cathedral in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lawrence North can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Cathedral Fighting Irish on Saturday.

Cathedral found their leader in sophomore Jake Werne, who had ten digs and three aces.

Lawrence North's loss dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Cathedral, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 27-5.

Lawrence North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cathedral, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Heritage Christian on the 17th.
