Baseball Recap: Trinity Christian Takes a Loss

Trinity Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 25-8 to the Westlake Chaparrals. One positive for the Trojans, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Trinity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Westlake, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-0-1.

Coming up, Trinity Christian will take on Parish Episcopal at 6:30 p.m. on March 7th. As for Westlake, they will be taking part in a tournament against Pebble Hills at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Westlake's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so Pebble Hills' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
