Basketball Recap: Calhoun Comes Up Short

Calhoun was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 47-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ingleside Mustangs. The Sandcrabs were probably out for revenge after losing 51-27 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Calhoun's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Ingleside, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Sinton the next time they take the court. Ingleside will host Sinton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Calhoun will host them at 7:15 p.m. on January 21st.
