Football Recap: Atkinson County Rebels vs. Crawford County Eagles

Atkinson County had won six straight at home dating back to last season, but on Friday they bumped up to 7-1 to make it seven. They blew past the Crawford County Eagles 49-21. Considering the Rebels have won five games by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Atkinson County got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Darrian Roberts out in front who rushed for 192 yards and three TDs while picking up 12.0 yards per carry. Roberts is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in each of the last nine games he's played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of Israel Baza, who rushed for 113 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry.
