Aquilla lost to Jonesboro back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Aquilla Cougars secured a 48-42 W over the Jonesboro Eagles. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cougars.

Aquilla's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-5. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.2 points. As for Jonesboro, the loss snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 17-8 record.
