Softball Recap: East Prairie Eagles vs. Oran Eagles
East Prairie lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Oran, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's contest. East Prairie was the clear victor by a 17-6 margin over Oran on Thursday. East Prairie might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by ten runs or more this season.
The team relied heavily on Chloe Jackson, who went 3-for-5 with six RBI, three doubles, and two runs. Those three doubles gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Laney Childers, who scored three runs while going 3-for-5.
