Basketball Recap: Pittsburg Piles Up the Points Against Lin-Wood

Pittsburg won the last time they faced Lin-Wood and things went their way on Friday too. The Pittsburg Panthers claimed a resounding 57-22 win over the Lin-Wood Lumberjacks. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 20 points or more this season.

Pittsburg's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Lin-Wood, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

When Pittsburg and Lin-Wood next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Pittsburg will face off against Littleton and their 11-game winning streak at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Lin-Wood will try to stop Moultonborough Academy's three-game winning streak when the meet at 5:00 p.m. on January 31st.
