Volleyball Recap: Liberty Christian Academy Comes Up Short

It was a Battle of the Birds when Liberty Christian Academy duked it out with Heritage Classical Christian Academy on Tuesday. The Eagles fell 3-1 to the Hawks. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

While Liberty Christian Academy ultimately came up short, they really made Heritage Classical Christian Academy work, particularly in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 18-25, 28-26, 25-17.

Liberty Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Liberty Christian Academy will challenge Crosspoint Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Heritage Classical Christian Academy, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against The Fulton at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
