Baseball Recap: Sage Creek Takes a Loss

Sage Creek was the 2-1 winner over San Pasqual when they last played one another on Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Bobcats fell just short of the Golden Eagles by a score of 3-2 on Saturday.

Sage Creek saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Logan Rangel, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Sage Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 14-10. As for San Pasqual, they moved to 14-9 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Sage Creek didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Mt. Carmel on the 6th. As for San Pasqual, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 6-1 loss against Del Norte on the 6th.
