Basketball Recap: Norman Thomas Tigers vs. Graphic Communication Arts 49ers
Norman Thomas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a hard 67-53 fall against the Graphic Communication Arts 49ers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-46 last Friday.

Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Chris Taylor, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 18 rebounds. Taylor is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last six games he's played. Xavier Joaquin was another key player, going 9 of 21 on his way to 19 points and seven rebounds.
Norman Thomas' defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Graphic Communication Arts, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
