Football Recap: St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse Comes Up Short

St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse lost against Soap Lake back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse came up short against Soap Lake, falling 46-22.

Andres Lopez went supernova For Soap Lake., rushing for 195 yards and three scores while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. Those 195 rushing yards gave Lopez a new career-high.

St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Soap Lake, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse will host Wallace at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse will need to watch out since the Miners have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Soap Lake, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Dayton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
