Football Preview: Twin Loup Wolves vs. Hitchcock County Falcons

The Twin Loup Wolves will face off against the Hitchcock County Falcons on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Twin Loup is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 56-22 victory over Neligh-Oakdale. The Wolves pushed the score to 48-8 by the end of the third, a deficit the Warriors cut but never quite recovered from.

Twin Loup found their leader in sophomore Oran Grint, who rushed for 143 yards and three scores while picking up 8.4 yards per carry, and also picked up 47 receiving yards and one TD. Grint also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making 19 total tackles in addition to snagging an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown.
