Volleyball Recap: Ola Comes Up Short

Ola lost against Eagle's Landing Christian Academy last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mustangs fell just short of the Chargers by a score of 2-1.

Ola started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-23, 15-11.

Their offense was headlined by Camille Lott and Makenna Fowler, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Ashlyn Phillips and her 25 assists. Lily Powell controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Ola's defeat dropped their record down to 22-12. As for Eagle's Landing Christian Academy, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 27-10-1.

As of now, neither Ola nor the Chargers have any future games scheduled.
