Softball Recap: Romulus Comes Up Short

Romulus fell victim to Annapolis and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Cougars, falling 13-0. The Eagles have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Romulus' loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Annapolis, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Annapolis wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 17-9 defeat against Lutheran on the 22nd. Hopefully Romulus paid attention to the Cougars' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Cougars at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
