Basketball Recap: Bark River-Harris Takes a Loss

Bark River-Harris was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 60-21 loss at the hands of the North Dickinson Nordics. While losing is never fun, the Broncos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 548th, while the Nordics are ranked 257th).

Bark River-Harris' defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for North Dickinson, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-4-1.

Bark River-Harris will face off against Stephenson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bark River-Harris is facing Stephenson at the right time seeing as Stephenson is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for North Dickinson, they will challenge Forest Park at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. North Dickinson knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Forest Park likes a good challenge.
