Softball Recap: Wilkes-Barre Takes a Loss

Wilkes-Barre fell victim to Mid Valley and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Spartans, falling 10-0. That's two games in a row now that the Wolfpack have lost by exactly ten runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Wilkes-Barre and nudges their season record down to 1-4. As for Mid Valley, they pushed their record up to 5-0-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Wilkes-Barre and Mid Valley will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. Wilkes-Barre is set to face off against their familiar foe Dallas at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Mid Valley will challenge rival Old Forge at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
