Basketball Recap: Richmond Hill Comes Up Short

Richmond Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost to Edison at home by a 72-56 margin. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 63-62 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2023.

Richmond Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Edison, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Richmond Hill won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Archbishop Molloy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Edison will take on Lane in a holiday battle at at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
