There's no place like home for the Winn Mavericks, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 76-66 win over Medina Valley on Tuesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

Winn had a senior duo take command as Jovan Jimenez scored 27 points along with six steals and five assists and David Rodriguez scored 23 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Jimenez hasn't dropped below 16 points for 13 straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Aguilera, who scored 12 points.

Winn's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-17. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points per game. As for Medina Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 11-22.
