Eastern Guilford kept a clean sheet against Northeast Guilford on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Rams. Eastern Guilford's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

Avery Brown was the driving force of Eastern Guilford's attack as she scored both of Eastern Guilford's goals, bringing her season total up to ten goals.

Eastern Guilford's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Northeast Guilford, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.
