Volleyball Recap: Sheboygan South Takes a Loss

Sheboygan South came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the West Bend East Suns. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Redwings of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2022.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-4, 25-5.

Sheboygan South has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for West Bend East, their win bumped their record up to 11-15.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Sheboygan South will challenge rival Kettle Moraine Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on the 9th. Meanwhile, West Bend East is set to take on their familiar foe West Bend West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
