Recap: El Camino Eagles vs. Oakmont Vikings
The El Camino Eagles can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Oakmont 60-58. The victory was just what El Camino needed coming off of a 82-57 defeat in their prior game.
El Camino's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Matt Martin, who scored 18 points along with 7 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Demetrious Perry, who scored 16 points.
El Camino's victory bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Oakmont, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
El Camino's road trip will continue as they head out to face West Campus at 12:30 p.m. on December 2nd. As for Oakmont, they will square off against Williams at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
