Football Recap: Pace Extends Winning Streak to Nine

You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Pace on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Milton Panthers out of the water with a 49-7 final score. Considering the Patriots have won eight games by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Brooks Washington threw for 57 yards. Makael Williams was his top target, picking up 36 receiving yards.

The win (which was Pace's ninth in a row) raised their record to 9-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.1 points on average over those games. As for Milton, they dropped their record down to 7-3 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
