San Angelo Central was the 8-2 winner over Wylie when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The San Angelo Central Bobcats fell 6-3 to the Wylie Bulldogs on Thursday.

San Angelo Central's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Wylie, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-3.

Looking ahead, San Angelo Central will square off against Brock at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. San Angelo Central's pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so Brock's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Wylie, they will be taking part in a tournament against Wall at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Wall is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.9 runs per game this season.
