Basketball Recap: Austin Catholic Takes a Loss

Austin Catholic lost against Cardinal Mooney Catholic back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Austin Catholic Crusaders fell 36-27 to the Cardinal Mooney Catholic Cardinals.

Austin Catholic has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. The win snapped Cardinal Mooney Catholic's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 10-13 record.

Austin Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cardinal Mooney Catholic, they will head out to face off against Oakland Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
