Softball Recap: Rising Tide Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Rising Tide's offense. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (13-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, their shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Rising Tide now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Wareham, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rising Tide will challenge Atlantis at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wareham, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Monomoy at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
