Basketball Recap: Marion County Takes a Loss

Marion County lost against Taylor County back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Marion County Knights took a hard 69-53 fall against the Taylor County Cardinals.

Marion County's loss dropped their record down to 16-11. As for Taylor County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-5 record this season.

Marion County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Taylor County, they will venture away from home to square off against Adair County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Adair County comes in on six and Taylor County on seven.
