Greenville is a perfect 10-0 against Greenwood since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Red Raiders are taking a road trip to challenge the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Greenville will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

Greenville's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Easley. Given Greenville's advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked seventh, while Easley are ranked 44th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Mackenzie Vetter and Emme Cook scored both of Greenville's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 14 goals.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Greenwood's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to Mauldin.

Greenville's victory bumped their record up to 10-2-1. As for Greenwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.

Greenville took their win against Greenwood when the teams last played back in March by a conclusive 5-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Raiders since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
