Trico had won ten straight games and Greta Jones did her part to make it 11 on Friday. The Pioneers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Zeigler-Royalton Tornadoes for which the team can thank Jones, who had 21 digs. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 20 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Trico took both sets by at least 14 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-11.

Trico's win bumped their record up to 29-6. As for Zeigler-Royalton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-19 record this season.

As of now, neither Trico nor Zeigler-Royalton have any future games scheduled.
