Football Recap: Bolton Academy Bears vs. Ringgold Redskins
Bolton Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 20th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Ringgold Redskins, falling 44-16.
Ringgold found their leader in sophomore Keonce Moore, who rushed for 61 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries, and also threw for 122 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 passes. Those 61 rushing yards gave Moore a new career-high.
Bolton Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Ringgold, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.
As of now, neither Bolton Academy nor Ringgold have any future games scheduled.
