Football Game Preview: Broadwater Academy Vikings vs. Fuqua Falcons + How To Watch

The Broadwater Academy Vikings are taking a road trip to square off against the Fuqua Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Broadwater Academy is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Virginia's top teams: Southampton Academy, who was ranked first at the time (Broadwater Academy was ranked fourth). The Vikings were dealt a 66-14 defeat at the hands of the Raiders last Friday. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Fuqua lost 35-13 to Rappahannock County on Friday.

Fuqua's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Broadwater Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Everything came up roses for Broadwater Academy against Fuqua in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, as the squad secured a 56-6 win. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
