While Oswego's victory against Fulton wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bucs had just enough and edged out the Red Raiders 4-3 on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Bucs in their matchups with the Red Raiders: they've now won three in a row.

Mario Garabito made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over six innings pitched. Garabito was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases and one RBI. Those hits were his first of the season.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Tom Kirwan, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season.

Oswego's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-4. As for Fulton, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
