Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Waukesha West). They claimed a resounding 92-64 win over the Brookfield East Spartans. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Wolverines' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 187th, while the Spartans are ranked 48th).

The win made it two in a row for Waukesha West and bumps their season record up to 9-10. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.5 points. As for Brookfield East, they dropped their record down to 13-9 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Waukesha West will head out on the road to take on Waukesha South at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Waukesha West is facing Waukesha South at the right time seeing as Waukesha South is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Brookfield East, they will host Hamilton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hamilton knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight games -- so hopefully Brookfield East likes a good challenge.
