Mountain Ridge kept a clean sheet against Gilbert on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Gilbert Tigers as they made off with an 8-0 victory. This was payback for the Mountain Lions, who suffered a 3-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Their offense was hitting Gilbert from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Alyssa Peregrino led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.
