Football Game Preview: Port Allen vs. Capitol

Port Allen will square off against Capitol at 7:00 PM on Friday. Port Allen are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the match prepared for a fight.

Port Allen suffered a grim 9-30 defeat to East Feliciana last Friday. Port Allen were down by 0-30 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, Capitol put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They steamrollered The Church Academy 42-6. That looming 36-point mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Capitol yet.

Capitol's win lifted them to 5-3 while Port Allen's loss dropped them down to 1-7. We'll find out if Capitol can add another positive mark to their record or if Port Allen can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Capitol's step.
