Baseball Game Preview: Unaka Rangers vs. University School Buccaneers

Unaka is 0-10 against University School since April of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Rangers will square off against the Buccaneers at 5:30 p.m. Unaka has given up an average of 12.7 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Unaka is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Monday. They lost 15-5 to Volunteer.

Meanwhile, University School made easy work of Cloudland on Thursday and carried off an 11-3 win. The Buccaneers haven't had any issues with the Highlanders recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

University School's win bumped their record up to 18-6. As for Unaka, their loss dropped their record down to 5-19.

Unaka suffered a grim 18-1 defeat to University School in their previous meeting back in March. Can the Rangers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
