After a string of three wins, Cedarburg's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They were outmatched by the Homestead Highlanders and fell 82-51. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-40 back in December of 2024.

Cedarburg's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Homestead, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-5.

Cedarburg and Homestead should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Wisconsin Rankings. Cedarburg (ranked 79th) will meet West Bend East (ranked 420th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Homestead will square off against West Bend West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday up 265 places (44 vs. 309).
