Chester came tearing into Saturday's game with 19 straight wins dating back to last season, and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Huron Tigers by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Flyers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Chester not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Huron between 17 and 19 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-17.

Leading Chester to victory were Gracie J Huntimer and Kaytee Wold. J Huntimer had 11 digs and one assist, while Wold had six digs and one assist. Those six digs gave Wold a new career-high.

Chester's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Huron, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Chester has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Douglas on the 30th. After both having extra time off, Huron and Aberdeen Central will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
