 After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Cedar Ridge, Eastern Alamance was happy to have turned things around  on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Person Rockets by a score of  6-3. For Eastern Alamance, this counts as revenge for the   13-2 loss Person walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in April of 2023.
  Conner Horner made a splash no matter where he played. He  pitched 1.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Horner was also solid in the batter's box,  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances with  an  RBI.
 Horner wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Tyler Westbrooks, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
 On Person's side,  Camden Shaw made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4.  Nicholas Young was another key contributor,  going 3-for-3 with  an  RBI.
 Eastern Alamance's victory bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Person, their defeat was  their third straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 10-8.
 Eastern Alamance has the luxury  of staying home for another  game and will welcome Southeast Alamance at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Southeast Alamance will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  win, something Eastern Alamance surely won't give up without a fight. As for Person, they will be playing at home against Eastern Alamance at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Person and Eastern Alamance are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
