Basketball Recap: Park's Luck Changes for the Better on Friday

Park came into Friday's contest having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They skirted past the Mounds View Mustangs 62-59. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Wolfpack have posted since December 3, 2024.

Park's victory bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Mounds View, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-8 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Park will head out to take on Cretin-Derham Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mounds View, they will venture away from home to face off against Stillwater at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stillwater will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Mounds View surely won't give up without a fight.
