Everett entered their tilt with Chestnut Ridge on Saturday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Lions 11-1. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by seven runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Levi Cornell, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. Johnathan Cooper was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Everett was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .476. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .394 or higher in five consecutive matchups.

Everett's victory bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Chestnut Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-6-1 record this season.
